By placing an order with Southcoast Plants, you agree to these Terms of Service.

At Southcoast Plants, we're committed to supplying healthy, high-quality plants and making it easy to buy them online with confidence.

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, we reserve the right to amend, cancel or refund an order if stock becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Availability

Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

If your address falls outside our regular delivery network, online ordering will not be available. Please contact us to discuss your location. Where we're able to assist, delivery options and any applicable charges will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Living Products

Plants are living products and natural variation in size, shape, colour, branching, fullness and growth habit is normal and expected.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact plant you receive. If you'd like current photographs of available stock before placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or prepared for delivery, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been processed or prepared for delivery, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible due to the nature of live plants.

Any concerns relating to the health or condition of your plants on delivery are covered by our Plant Health Guarantee.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within our estimated timeframes, Southcoast Plants is not responsible for delays resulting from weather, road conditions, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, access restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
