By placing an order with Southcoast Plants, you agree to the following terms.

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if stock becomes unavailable or delivery is not feasible.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on address. Orders placed outside our delivery areas may be cancelled or require manual arrangement.

Southcoast Plants is not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, or factors outside our control.

Product images are indicative only. As living plants, size, shape, and appearance may vary.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
