Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are only accepted where plants arrive damaged, unhealthy, or not as described.

Customers must notify Southcoast Plants within 24 hours of delivery with concerns. Customers are not to attempt to plant any plants that are unsatisfactory at delivery, once planted a refund or replacement can not be issued.

Southcoast Plants will provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement plant

  • Refund

 

**delivery fees are not refundable


 

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are only accepted prior to delivery. Change of mind/ order cancellations may incur

  • A 3% administration fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing charges

 


 

Plant care responsibility

Southcoast Plants is not responsible for plant performance after delivery where factors outside our control affect growth or survival, including but not limited to:

  • Planting conditions

  • Soil quality

  • Weather or frost

  • Watering practices

  • Sun exposure

  • General plant care

 

Plants are living products and natural variation may occur.
