Shipping Policy

At Southcoast Plants, we're committed to delivering healthy, quality plants safely and reliably throughout our regular delivery network across New South Wales and South East Queensland.

Standard delivery is $30 per order within our regular delivery network.

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. If your address falls outside our regular delivery network, online ordering will not be available. Please contact us to discuss your location. Where we're able to assist, delivery options and any applicable charges will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to route scheduling, weather, traffic and other operational requirements. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed.

To minimise plant stress and maximise delivery efficiency, deliveries may occur outside normal business hours, including early mornings, evenings and occasionally overnight.

Responsibility for your plants transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

Please inspect your plants within 24 hours of delivery. If you believe your plants have arrived with a genuine health issue or transport damage, please refer to our Plant Health Guarantee for information on how to lodge a claim.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
